Casals & Associates Wins First European Commission Contract
ALEXANDRIA, Va. – Aug. 21, 2009 — Casals & Associates, Inc. (Casals), as a subcontractor to Business and Strategies in Europe (B&S Europe), a Belgium-based consultancy firm, was recently selected for a European Commission good governance contract.
This award marks Casals’ first entry into the European Union’s market for governance reform technical advisory services.

The award is a “Framework Contract Lot 7: Culture, Governance and Home Affairs”—one of the European Commission’s most active umbrella vehicles for procuring technical services in the following areas:
